Membership fees

Validity- Only for one financial year or membership term (till Under graduation completion)
All the highlighted fields are compulsory. Please enter valid details.
Upload the following:

Your recent passport photo (ONLY JPEG format. Image size not more than 200 kb)
Bonafide certificate issued by the department head/institute head that you are a student of the institute/department under the educational qualification.
RCI recognition of your Institute for the period of study (if available).

After submission of the application form, you will get an option to print the form. Take the print. Please make corrections in the hard copy, if any.
You will receive an email to validate your email. It is compulsory to validate your email immediately.
Self-attest the documents before dispatch.
Submit the hard copies of the application form, bonafide certificate (issued by your college), payment details and your college ID card to ISHA office, C/o All India Institute of Speech and Hearing, Manasagangothri, Mysore-570006.
Upon the receipt of your documents at ISHA office, the documents will be verified and membership is activated.
Once your membership is approved, you will receive an email informing about your membership number, username and password.
Log on to www.ishaindia.org.in and click on member login (sign in option on right hand top corner of the website). Use the login credentials sent to your email to login to your memberspage. Reset your password after first login. Your membership e-certificate will be made available in the memberspage.

Student Membership

Upon the receipt of your documents at ISHA office, the documents will be verified and approved.
Once your membership is approved, you will receive an email informing about your membership number, username and password.
